Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

SHIPPING TIMES

Estimated shipping times after processing:

Canada & USA: 5–10 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

DELAYS

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. This includes delays due to weather, holidays, or global events.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

THE STRONGHER CLUB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier.
